Careers Lead
Mrs Costello works with all students to support understanding of future opportunities and progression routes through education, training and employment. She is a Level 6 qualified careers leader and is a member of the Career Development Institute. She supports all career related learning activities across the school and has developed the careers programme as part of a bespoke year 11 provision, the tutorial programme and within the curriculum.
Candy O'Donnell
Careers Advisor
Mrs O’Donnell is a Level 4 qualified careers adviser who supports year 11 applications to further education and gives personal guidance interviews. She is supported by an external careers advisor who is qualified to Level 7 and they work in small groups and 121 to support students to develop their knowledge and understanding of the local opportunities and labour market. All students who receive an individual guidance interview receive an action plan, summarising their plans and next steps.
