At NEECA we believe that it is crucial to prepare young people for life beyond school with a careers education that will inspire them to envisage a successful future, give them the confidence they need to investigate that future and the skills to make that future a reality.

Our career learning journey will enable students to build their career knowledge, learn career management, employability and enterprise skills that are important for further study, training and employment. We achieve this through classroom learning, encounters with local providers, experiences of employers, impartial careers advice and events.
